Eight services.
One clean truck.

Every surface needs a different touch. Soft wash chemistry for siding and roofs. Controlled pressure for hardscape. Proper restoration steps for wood — so nothing gets damaged in the process.

House Washing

Most "pressure washing" companies blast your siding with the same setup they use on concrete. That's how you end up with water behind the panels and a paint job two years sooner than you needed.

I use soft wash — a low-pressure surfactant blend that kills the algae and mildew at the root, then rinses clean. The siding goes back to the color it was on day one and stays clean longer because the spores are dead, not just rinsed off.

Roof Cleaning

Those black streaks running down your roof aren't dirt — they're gloeocapsa magma, a bacteria that feeds on the limestone filler in asphalt shingles. It's actually shortening your roof's lifespan.

Low-pressure soft wash kills it at the root and brings the shingles back to their original color. Done right, you don't need to walk on the roof at all.

Deck Restoration

A weathered deck doesn't need to be replaced — it needs the right restoration. Strip the old finish, clean the wood, brighten it back to its natural color, then seal it so it actually lasts.

Mahogany goes from driftwood gray back to deep red-brown. Ipe goes from washed-out to saturated chocolate. Pine and cedar come back warm and bright. The order of operations matters — and so does the product.

Cedar Maintenance

Cedar shake and shingle is one of the most beautiful exterior materials and one of the easiest to ruin. Too much pressure splinters and feathers the grain. Too little and you just smear the gray around.

I use the cedar-specific approach — soft wash chemistry to kill mildew and lift gray, controlled rinse to bring back the warm tone underneath. Optional sealer for longevity.

Paver Cleaning & Sealing

Nicolock, Cambridge, Belgard, travertine — Long Island patios get dirty fast and the joint sand washes out over the years. Both problems get worse with weeds and ants.

I clean with the right PSI for the stone, re-sand the joints with polymeric sand, then seal. Result: the color saturates back, the joints lock up, and the patio stops looking like it's about to be torn out.

Fence Cleaning

White vinyl fences turn green fast on the South Shore — salt air, humidity, shade. Wood fences gray out and start looking like driftwood.

I bring vinyl back to white with soft wash. Wood gets a wash, brighten, and optional reseal so it stays the right color for years instead of months.

Concrete & Driveways

Driveways, sidewalks, pool decks, garage floors. A surface cleaner + the right degreaser pulls oil, mildew, rust, and the gray film that builds up over the years.

Uniform finish, no zebra striping, no missed spots near the edges. If you've got concrete that you've been meaning to deal with for three summers, this is the call.
